Our History
Est. 1990
TLC was founded in 1990 by Jim Belknap and was acquired by Doug Perkey in 2013. Doug, originally a realtor, expanded his role by managing rental properties within the company. Over the years, he grew his property management clientele, ultimately doubling the size of the business. In 2024, TLC was acquired by real estate broker and investor Jeremy Parmenter. With his extensive experience in managing and owning rental investments, Jeremy brings a fresh approach to property management, focusing on maximizing both owner investments and tenant satisfaction.

Jeremy Parmenter
Owner/Managing Principal Broker
Jeremy Parmenter, owner and operator of TLC Realty, has been a licensed real estate broker in Lane County since 2006. As one of the top-selling agents in the area, he offers a deep understanding of real estate trends, markets, and industry insights. In addition to his real estate expertise, Jeremy owns and manages a personal investment portfolio and has extensive experience in building and construction. Outside of work, he is a devoted husband and father of three.
Linnea Kittrell
Real Estate Broker
Linnea Kittrell obtained her real estate license in 2005 and has since become one of Lane County’s top agents. During her college years, she managed apartments before going on to own and manage her own investment properties. Over the years, Linnea has had the opportunity to renovate and design numerous homes, developing a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the industry. Known for her excellent communication skills and friendly service, she has built a reputation for providing clients with a smooth, enjoyable experience. Linnea and her husband, Jeremy, are proud parents of three children. Together, they enjoy traveling and spending quality time with family.
Mandi Hansen
Office Manager
Mandi joined TLC six years ago and quickly became a key part of keeping everything running smoothly. She’s the friendly face you’ll see when you walk through the door. Mandi’s impressive multitasking abilities in the office are likely honed from managing her busy home life with her husband and their three boys. Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her family, tackling DIY home projects, and if Cottage Grove ever opens a sushi restaurant, she’ll be their number one customer!
Donna McIver
Transaction Coordinator
Donna has been a vital member of our real estate team for over 10 years, serving as the transaction coordinator for TLC Realty. With extensive experience in title, mortgage, and property management, she’s a key player in our success. Her positive attitude and sense of humor make working with her an absolute joy. When she’s not helping take care of your needs, Donna is a proud boy mom who loves spending quality time with her family.
Doug Perkey
Principal Broker
Doug has over 30 years of real estate experience in the Cottage Grove market. He started a property management business almost just as long ago, then purchased TLC in 2013 before selling it to the current owner, Jeremy Parmenter, in 2024. Outside of work Doug has a wife and two daughters. He is a former basketball coach and won’t pass up the chance to talk game!
