Today's Market
This market is unlike any we’ve seen before, but that does not mean you should avoid it. Inventory has drastically diminished over the last year and a half, but interest rates are at an all time low. This combination causes competition among buyers which has increased the prices. However, that is not the main thing to focus on. With these low interest rates monthly payments are actually still lower than they were a few years ago when prices were lower and interest was higher.

I decided to get my real estate license while I was in my last term at the University of Oregon. So, once I graduated I had my degree and my license and was ready to start my career. However, being 23 (with the face of a 16 year old lol) I was worried I wouldn’t be taken seriously. But, I’m never afraid to ask questions, and I learned something new during each transaction, until some point a few years later when I realized how confident I felt in myself.
